BOTTLE RETURNS

Please return your name tag with the bottle for it to count as a return. 

CONSUMPTION

Raw milk should be consumed within 10 days of production and be stored at 38 degrees and below. Since raw milk is alive, even past the drinkable stage, it can still be used for things like yogurt, cheese, butter and more. 

CARE

Please transport Milk bottles upright and in a way that multiple bottles do not hit each other, as they are glass. Gallon jugs are not tamperproof and therefore not water tight. Please be aware of this when transporting! Any accidents made due to lack of care when transporting bottles is not on us and is the responsibility of the customer.

PRODUCTION

In the unfortunate case that there is an illness or any other matter that negatively affects the cows’ production, purchaser will be immediately notified and the matter resolved by either refund or credit towards next order. We will always make the most informed decisions to keep the health of our customers and cows our top priority.

RETURNS / ISSUES 

If you have any issues with your milk, inform us right away. For a refund to happen, the product must be returned to us. We need the milk or cream back in order to evaluate and test it.

RAW MILK DISCLAIMER

Product has not been licensed, permitted, certified, packaged, labeled, or inspected per any official regulations. Purchaser has complete understanding that this product is raw and has not been pasteurized or treated in any manner, and takes full liability in consuming this product.  Purchaser agrees to not resell or reuse this product in any manner.
